The fees in our office are based on the care, skill, time and judgment necessary to help treat your condition. The fee for your particular treatment will be discussed fully with you prior to your treatment. Payment for the treatment is due at the time services are rendered.
Dental Insurance:
If you have dental insurance, please let us know who your care provider is. Our experienced insurance coordinators will gladly assist you with ascertaining your current dental benefits and give you a close estimate of your out-of-pocket costs for the dental treatment that is planned.

Cancellations:
The time we have reserved for you is valuable. We do our best to stay on schedule. We ask that you notify us within forty-eight hours if you are unable to keep your appointment time so that this clinical time could be utilized towards the needs of another patient. We reserve the right to charge a fee for scheduled appointments that are not kept or cancelled unless forty-eight hours advance notice is given.
